When all those little hipster stainless steel water bottles hit the market, I scoffed at the trend and seriously wondered who would ever buy a $30 water bottle. Well then I was given a Kleen Kanteen as a gift and really liked drinking out of it since it made the water taste way less funky than my trusty Nalgenes. Now I am totally sold on my new Hydro Flask!

After five hours, I almost couldn’t believe it but the coffee was still hot – not scalding hot, but pretty darn hot. Crazy thing about the bottle is that you can’t tell the temperature of the contents by holding the bottle – the contents are hot, but the bottle feels room temperature. I dumped out the coffee, rinsed the bottle, filled it up with water, and took a big gulp. No lingering coffee flavors whatsoever, again I could barely believe it.
