To keep the 850+ down fill inside, the Western Mountaineering MegaLite is made of 20 x 20 denier Ripstop nylon. Inside the Western Mountaineering MegaLite you will find a super soft taffeta lining that’s soft and breathable.

My initial reaction to a $300+ warm weather bag was a bit pessimistic. I just don’t understand why you would spend that kind of money on a bag you could only use a few months out of the year. After doing some research though, I found that every backpacker who owned one of these bags swore by it and had nothing bad to say.
