The North Face Surge Computer Pack - Tough laptop bag.

Lets face it, not all laptop backpacks are created equally. A messenger style laptop bag designed for the business type isn’t going to fair well for travelers of distant countries. Hardcore, laptop toting, travelers need a special breed of laptop backpacks. They need something that will stand up to a lot of abuse, handle the unexpected light shower, and keep their beloved computer safe from rigors of traveling. The North Face Surge Computer Pack is in this breed of laptop backpacks.

To keep your laptop and other electronics safe, The North Face Surge Computer Pack uses a top loading access pocket and elastic straps to keep your laptop secure and prevent it from moving while in transit. There is also a padded pocket at the bottom of The North Face Surge Computer Pack that perfectly fits your laptops cords and charger.

The front pocket on The North Face Surge Computer Pack features an internal electronics organizer which is great for cords, iPods, webcams, and other such devices. The front pocket also has a headphone port built in. The larger, main pocket, has plenty of room for the rest of your non computer related gear.

Why they rock:

Seat-of-the-pants rating: 9 out of 10

The North Face Surge Computer Pack really does have a lot of great features for travelers. The secure laptop sleeve and padded bottom are a great start. I also like the material that the The North Face Surge Computer Pack its self is made out of. While its not waterproof, it is water resistant enough to handle those light, unexpected, showers that come out of nowhere.
