The North Face Mountain 25
The North Face Mountain 25 – A true 4 season bunker.
While seven pounds twelve ounces may seem like a lot to an ultra light hiker, the North Face Mountain 25 is actually the lightest 4 season tent the North Face makes. Just because it’s a light weight 4 season tent doesn’t mean its lacking the features you need in a 4 season tent. The North Face Mountain 25 has everything you need and then some.
One of the key features on the North Face Mountain 25 is the upper level vent. This vent is made by a brow pole at the top of the tent. This vent allows the tent to lift slightly in strong winds, helping keep you from feeling like you’re going to be blown down the mountain at any minute.
The North Face Mountain 25 also features a front vestibule with a separate hoop pole. This makes for a great spot to dry off before entering the tent. Use the second door and vestibule to store gear or dry out clothes.
