Pronounced, “my-own”, the Mion Current Sandal provides the wearer with a custom molded foot bed. The Mion Current Sandal has and egromorphic footbed, that after about 12 hours forms to your foot and reproduces your foots shape into the footbed of the sandal. Now do you get the companies strange looking name?!

If you participate in outdoor activities where your feet stay wet for long periods of time, the Mion Current Sandal is nice because it allows your feet to dry out fast. This helps to prevent trench foot and other fungus’s caused by prolonged periods in the water. Better still for water enthusiasts, the Mion Current Sandal float!

Why the rock:

Seat-of-the-pants rating: 8 out of 10

While working as a raft guide I noticed a lot of raft guides and kayak instructors who wore these sandals. Most of them did not wear them while working on the water though, as they dont secure enough for use in whitewater. Many simply wore the Mion Current Sandal around in between trips to help let their feet air out. The thing they liked most about the sandals was how comfortable it was and how airy it was.
