With 5mm of thickness, the Urban Tapas provides plenty of cushion for your workouts. The thinner profile and superb cushion of natural rubber, makes the Urban Tapas perfect for all types of yoga and Pilates practice.

The Hugger Mugger Urban Tapas Mat is a nice eco-friendly choice because it contains both natural and recycled rubber. It isn’t totally biodegradable though like the Prana Natural Yoga Mat, since it still contains some polyester. The mat feels a bit stickier and lighter in weight than some of the other eco-friendly mats.
