A key feature of the GoLite Sun Dragon shoe is its self adjusting laces. These laces are designed to keep the perfect amount of tension on your foot at all times, even while moving. What the GoLite Sun Dragon shoe is really known for though is its patent pending Isomorphic suspension system.

Designed for uneven terrain, the GoLite Sun Dragon shoes “Trail Claws” react with there own level of displacement to fill the space created rough terrain. So rather then trying to balance the foot, the GoLite Sun Dragon shoe provides increased trail stability by creating a flat running surface.

The GoLite Sun Dragon is a great pair of trail running shoes for short runs and training. I wouldn’t suggest it as a hiking shoe though, as it doesn’t hold up well on longer hikes or runs. There’s no real weather protection either, so keep that in mind.
